Pet Sitting and Home Stay Waiver

By booking or participating in pet sitting or home stay services provided by Willowhound Dog Training, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following:

I understand that pet sitting and home stay services involve my dog residing at Willowhound Dog Training’s premises for the agreed period of care and that changes in environment, routine, and social dynamics may cause stress or behavioural changes.
I acknowledge that dogs may be integrated into shared spaces with other dogs where appropriate and that Willowhound Dog Training reserves the right to separate dogs at any time where required for safety, welfare, or management reasons.
I accept that no access to my own premises is required for home stay services unless pickup or drop off has been arranged, and that any access provided is solely for that purpose.
I accept full responsibility for any damage caused by my dog to Willowhound Dog Training’s premises, fixtures, furnishings, equipment, or property, including damage resulting from stress related or normal canine behaviour.
I acknowledge and accept all inherent risks associated with pet sitting and home stay services, including but not limited to illness, injury, behavioural incidents, stress responses, escape, or death, except where caused by proven negligence.
I authorise Willowhound Dog Training to manage my dog as deemed necessary for safety and welfare, including confinement, separation, modification of routine, or changes to care arrangements.
I confirm that I have disclosed all known medical conditions, behavioural issues, training history, triggers, dietary requirements, and care instructions prior to commencement of the booking.
I understand that early returns, shortened stays, or changes to the booking once commenced do not entitle me to a refund, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

By agreeing to this waiver, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily accept the risks associated with pet sitting and home stay services.
